Monocle, July/Aug 2011

Happy was the day when Monocle magazine contacted me to shoot a story about Montreal's iconic Habitat 67. The building, designed by architect Moshe Safdie for Expo '67, was awarded Heritage status in 2009 and is one of Montreal's most discussed architectural exploits. Accompanying Monocle's ever-jovial Ann Marie Gardner, I set out to discover who and what lived inside these somewhat mysterious concrete cubes.
